Driftwood Rental Rates
Our nightly rate starts at £200 on weekdays and £250 at weekends (Friday and Saturday). Please note that these prices are for exclusive use of the beach house and vary according to time of year.
Although our minimum stay is four nights in low-season, there may also be flexibility for short notice bookings or short/long-term stays, so please do get in touch as we will be happy to discuss your needs. Minimum stay in July & August is seven nights. We also regularly post special deals and last-minute offers on our Instagram (driftwood_beach_house_pagham) and Facebook (driftwoodbeachhousepagham) pages.
Check-in is from 3pm, while check out is by 10am.
Coronavirus refund policy: In these uncertain times, we want our guests to be assured that we will refund all bookings, including deposit, (or postpone if preferred) if Government restrictions mean you are unable to travel.
Please also note that there is a £100 cleaning charge for every booking regardless of length of stay or number of guests, and a refundable £150 deposit.
We are dog friendly, but there is a £35 supplement per dog with a maximum of two dogs.
