Absolutely perfect little house by the sea, a home from home with everything you need for an amazing stay. Really highly recommended! Super comfortable beds and a lovely cot for our 5 month old baby. The beach is glorious in any weather. Just perfect in every way!

Emma,

Really enjoyable week by the sea. Well and thoughtfully equipped. Lovely walks and uniquely situated with easy access to the beach. Great communication with hosts. Easy 5 stars.

John and Jane Ryall,

Stunning house and so comfortable!
Stepping out onto the beach through a gate in the garden was amazing and the house is so close to the Pagham Lagoon & Pagham Harbour walk.
The log burner was so toasty on a blustery day and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
We visited Chichester, Bosham, Itchenor & Dell Quay during our stay which are all a short drive away. We loved coming back to Driftwood after exploring; a real home away from home.
Kate & Jonathan are wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to come back again.

Sally McMahon,

Our stay at Driftwood just before Christmas was truly idyllic. The cottage is beautiful and the beach front location is amazing. My husband loved the railway carriage inside the house. He sends a huge thank you to Kate and Jonathan for allowing us to book a stay in Driftwood at the last minute for his birthday - and for such a warm welcome.. we hope to return soon with the rest of our family! :-)

Lisa,

Thank you very much for everything! It was an amazing and lovely stay in Driftwood Beach House!

Special Thanks to you for your really perfect organization, great helpness in both questions and the beautiful and very clean Beach House.

If we ever return to the Goodwood Revival Meeting (and we really like to.....), we will definitely be happy to stay with you again!

Best Regards and our warm wishes from Germany!

Driftwood is a truly special place. The decor is stunning, as is the view of the sea and sky. The back gate opens into the beach. It had all the facilities you could want plus lovely extra touches like a wood-burning stove, blankets and giant bean bags outdoors. The hosts were incredibly helpful and we appreciated the welcome back. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Diana Beaumont ,

Driftwood is a delightful holiday house by the sea, beautifully decorated and presented and very well equipped. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas. The owners had put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us and left a wonderful hamper of treats. They even organised the most fabulous weather for Christmas Day! We had everything we needed, the log burner was warm and cosy and local amenities were close by and fine. The beach is gorgeous with wonderful long walks and there are lovely views of the sea from the house. A great experience and highly recommended.

Felicity Read,

Helen,

Fabulous house, amazing location!

Katharine,

Great place. All perfect.

Mark,

We've had a lovely time in a special place. The beach house is great and we appreciated the gift pack and flowers. We look forward to coming back soon.

Ian & Helen,

We've had a wonderful time being right on the beach. the chiminea is amazing to toast marshmallows. Amazing stay. Thank you.

The Percys,

A brilliant stay. What fun staying in the carriages and such a beautiful location. Kids had so much fun by the beach. Thank you for the Easter eggs and wine!

The Pieters family,

Jonathan and Kate’s beach house was absolutely perfect and the location is amazing, We could sit for hours watching the sea. The house itself is finished to a very high standard and is so lovely and quirky being partly a disused train carriage which we all loved, especially the children. Everything was very thought out for guests to have a perfect stay, blankets, teas & coffees, Sonos speakers, board games and even a gift hamper on arrival! The pictures don’t do it justice, if you are thinking of booking this place do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Soraya,

What can I say about this beautiful home? Everything I'd hoped for and more. We would love to return. Just perfect!

Carolyn, John and Trixie,

A real find. Had the best holiday. The beach house is beautiful and very well decorated and equipped. The view is amazing and right on the beach. Izzy and I enjoyed our numerous daily walks 🐶 Jonathan and Kate were very good hosts and responded so quickly to my many emails and were also very kind by leaving a well received welcome box full of lovely treats - thank you! Will definitely be returning, hopefully soon.

Giena S,

We really enjoyed staying at this gorgeous beach house. The house is absolutely fantastic, extremely well equipped, cosy and almost magical! Situated right on the beach - the location was just perfect. I would recommend Driftwood for a great beach holiday.

Linda T,

What a beautiful place! Such a fabulous location (on the beach), and extremely well equipped. Driftwood had everything we needed for an amazing weekend beside the sea. Jonathan, the owner, was extremely helpful from start to finish and available to answer any questions we had. We're going to book again soon before it gets too popular - thank you! We would highly recommend The Lamb Inn for a great Sunday lunch! Friendly staff and only a 20 min walk from Driftwood. Great stay and the kayak was great fun!

Suzanne ,

Location cannot be bettered! Just step through the garden gate and you are on the beach, perfect for swimming, kayaking or spot of beachcombing. One minute walk away there is a great café and quaint “old style” amusement arcade that kept my children amused and was a real step back to my childhood. On the practical side the Co-Op 2 minutes’ walk away had everything you need. Further afield you have many attractions; Mary Rose definitely worth a visit as is Arundel to name just two. The house itself is beautifully appointed with real style and practicality. Of particular note was the bedrooms housed in a converted railway carriage, a real novelty. The living area was light and airy, whilst the kitchen had all the mod cons you would wish for. We will be back!

Rob A,

This was our first visit to the area and we were very lucky with the weather. Amazing sunsets and a relaxing place to stay right on the beach. The lounge area is large with fantastic sea views. There are three quirky rail carriage bedrooms and a good sized kitchen. Everything was clean and well equipped to a high standard so couldn’t ask for more. There are some fabulous walks around the harbour as well as other attractions in the area so plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend. Already thinking of going back later in the year!
